Your Blueprint starts here
Built for your firm, not from a template. What you put in is what the blueprint gets out.
Before you start
Plan on 1 to 3 hours, in as many sittings as you like. This is not something you finish before lunch. Your progress saves automatically on this device. Leave and come back anytime.
The assumption rule: if a question isn’t perfectly clear for your business, make an assumption, state your assumption, and answer with it stated. A stated assumption beats a skipped question every time.
Stories beat lists. Many questions ask you to walk through the last real time something happened. Specific and recent beats complete. You don’t need to remember everything you do, just tell us what actually happened last time.
Have these open before you begin
- Your CRM or practice management system
- Your last 3 closed deals, matters, or clients, and what actually happened on each
- Your team roster with role titles
- Last month’s software invoices or credit-card statement
Once you pick your industry inside, this list gets specific to it.
Talk, don’t type
The long answers are the valuable ones, and talking is 4x faster than typing. Use your computer’s voice dictation. Mac: press the microphone key (or fn twice). Windows: press Win + H. Ramble first, tidy later or never. We’d rather have the ramble.
What you write here stays private
Your answers are confidential. We use them for one thing: building your Blueprint, for you. We do not share them, sell them, or show them to anyone outside RunWell, and we never use your business as an example without asking you first.
You do not need to name a single client to answer any of this. Where a question asks about a real matter, deal, or case, describe what happened and leave the names out.
